Ahhh Ukitake Jushiro. Despite his illness he's most definitely one of the strongest of the Captains. Never really see any colors/pictures of him. I wish I had a better picture to try on him but this is all I could find. If someone out there has a nice one of him send it on over via a note or something. I hope you all like this one. More to come soon.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. well, i think you can find colored version of him in the anime or something.. or the artbook
since you mentioned it, maybe you can try doing a piece with Ichigo, Rukia, and kon in it

I love the way he's practically glowing in the light.
And there is way too little fan art with Ukitake out there.
I noticed one tiny thing though... I think there is something slightly off with the shadows on the knuckle of his middle finger (Is that what it's called in English?). Why is there a shadow at the top? Should not that part be catching light?
It's just a teeny tiny detail, but I didn't get it.
Besides me being slow, great work as always!
